<p>인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 스마트폰 소액결제로 주문특정 제품에 대한 환불 방식이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 맞게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 온라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있습니다.</p>
