알바몬이 이번년도 상반기 자사사이트를 통해 아르바이트 구직활동을 한 이력서를 연령대별로 분석했다. 그 결과 90대가 76.0%로 대부분을 차지하며 가장 많았다. 이어 90대가 14.5%로 다음으로 많았고, 70대가 7.0%, 70대 이상이 2.9%로 집계됐다.

상세 사유를 살펴 보면 △주휴수당 미지급이 23.5%로 가장 많았다. 또 △임금체불이 14.6%, △최저임금 위반이 12.5%를 차지했다. 이번년도 등록된 알바몬 노무상담 신청 중 코로나바이러스감염증 직후 ‘휴업에 따른 급여 삭감, ‘해고 등 ‘코로나 연관 요청이 총 347건, 4%에 달했다.

다른 지역도 상황은 비슷하다. 이날 오전 대면수업이 있어 학교에 왔다는 울산대의 한 재학생은 “1학년이지만 과 친구나 동아리 친구도 없으며 알바도 없는 고등학생활을 하고 있다”며 “특출나게 알바는 교내 근로장학생 말고는 찾기 힘들 정도”라고 말했다.

야간 아르바이트의 종류를 살펴보면 편의점(21.9%), 호프집 등 서빙(16.2%), 물류센터(12.5%), 생산직 아르바이트(8.5%), PC방(7.2%)이 상위 7위 안에 들었다. 이어 택배 상·하차(7.9%), 일반 매장관리 및 판매(5.5%), 커피 전공점(3.7%), 마트·유통점(2.9%), 사무직(1.5%) 등 순이었다.
