I set up the moving Mickey target on the lawn, its red shorts and white-gloved hands bobbing side to side as it glides along the track. The kids took turns trying to bean it with soft balls, cheering whenever the ears wobbled from a hit. It's a silly, cheerful challenge that turns an ordinary afternoon into a game of keep-away with a familiar cartoon friend.
